"I recently had the pleasure of having my professional headshots done with Jen Henningsen with Keepsake Photography. Jen is a skilled photographer with a keen eye for attention to detail. I had headshots taken in the past but the attention to detail was mediocre compared to Jen’s quality of work. Before we met Jen helped explain how different backdrops would enhance the photos she was taking and how the different shirts I brought would be accented. Jen took lots of photos and listened to me to see what I felt most comfortable with for my professional headshots. Additionally, her state of the art computer software made it easier for me to make my selections. When I finally made my selections I was very impressed with polished look of each photograph and the fact that they were available to me that same day. Newborn and Family Portraits

We had such a blast at our shoot. Jennifer Henningsen was incredibly prepared, she had everything laid out and ready for us even down to the outfits we wore. All we had to do was show up and smile. I am so grateful that she captured my little family today. It was an honor to be in her studio. I cannot wait to see the final pictures.

I felt comfortable with Jen from the start, when she promptly returned a call of mine inquiring about her work and pricing. She has such a wonderful personality that just sets me at ease. My 7 month old was also very comfortable with her during his photo shoot. She handled my son so well, and knew exactly what to do to make him smile. She even had a heater in the room during his naked poses so that he would be comfortable, which just proves to me how she goes above and beyond for all of her clients. Jen’s photographic expertise is undeniable! She knew exactly what outfit my son would look best in (I practically brought everything I owned), and what poses to put him in. The photoshoot was so much fun! We were able to get so many good pictures of my son, and in various outfits, yet the photoshoot did not seem rushed at all. Jen made us feel so comfortable. Not to mention the fact that the quality of the photos was outstanding! I am so pleased. She also put together a little video of my son’s photos that was fantastic! I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to be extremely satisfied with their photos.

Story Book

I had a vision and a story to tell through some family pictures. Keepsake Photography, namely Jen, nailed it! I am a storyteller by profession in the TV world, so my expectations were high. Jen listened to what I wanted and delivered more than I could have hoped for. The pictures are photojournalistic- each is full of movement and emotion. What existed only in my head has now been captured by brilliant photography. Jen is a wonderful photographer with an excellent disposition and full of creativity. Our family has been blessed by her work, and we will be returning for our portrait needs time and time again. Trust Keepsake with your family's memories- you will be glad you did.

Extended Family Portraits

Jen has a gift in not only photography, but interpersonal relations with those being photographed. She has a way of putting people at ease and catching the essence of who they are. Jen photographed my daughter for senior photos and did a fabulous job. Yesterday she photographed our entire family, and we all had fun, and she put everyone at ease. She handled our three year old granddaughter perfectly, and we were able to get some wonderful portraits that we will treasure forever. Thank you Jen!!!!
